Translate/Transformations

Transformations is a powerful function you can use to combine multiple simple transformations to a complex one.

Use the Transformations panel to configure the transformation stack. By adding a Cartesian->Polar and Polar->Cartesian transformation to the top and the bottom of the list, you can apply transformations in polar space.
