Translate/To Pyramid

 

 

Similar to the Circle translation, the To Pyramid function wraps the texture around its center. You can create nice patterns easily with this function. If you use only the outer parts of the function result, you can also render textures like frames for images.

By default, the texture is wrapped a single time around the center. Increase the Tiling values to have it mapped multiple times. Image 3 for example was rendered by setting the Horizontal parameter to 4 and applying the function three times to a white circle texture.

Set a texture as Source Texture and it will be used as source image instead of the texture itself.
