Filter Functions

Filters receive their results from the interaction of pixels, like the Smooth function, which blurs the texture by averaging all values around each pixel, or the Detect Maxima function, which highlights the pixels that are the brightest ones in their environment.

Here is a list of the available filters:

Derive

Compute the derivation of the image.

Despeckle

Smooth only noisy pixels.

Detailize

Increase the intensity of details.

Detect Edges

Create an edge mask.

Detect Maxima

Convert the brightest pixels to white.

Erode

Add an aging effect.

Expand Color

Expand single colored areas.

Fourier

Remove frequency ranges.

Homogenize

Make a texture to tile better.

Matrix Filter

Free convolution filter.

Median

Standard median filter.

Motion Blur

Smooth along a line.

PS-Plugins Run a Photoshop compatible plugin.
Radial Blur Performs a radial blur.

Smooth

Standard gaussian blur.

Squint

Lens-effect blurring.
