Some Version 3 Features

Brush-Tools will be one of the major improvement of Version3. Here you can see the Structurize function, which applies an emboss effect to the area where you draw. The function is great for giving your textures the final touch.

Version3 employs an totally new image input/output system, which offers better open/save dialogs and extended file format features (e.g. alpha channels).

Hello,

does that mean that with version 3 i then could render a texture to the alphachannel?

It really would be nice, if i could handle the texture generation through somekind of operator-stack so that i could make changes in the beginning of the chain after i added some things.

I dunno if this is already possible. If so i haven't found it yet...
